Founded in 1981 in Burgos (Spain), in the Villalonquéjar Industrial Estate, Fundiciones Julcar is made up of 2 divisions, Fundiciones Julcar and Julcar Herrajes, leaders in their respective sectors, which are characterised by their remarkable expansion and growth in different markets.

 

Its more than 5,085 m of facilities respond to a business philosophy of permanent commitment to the improvement of the parts that make up the production factor.

 

JULCAR is today a leading manufacturer of:
- High pressure casting parts made of aluminium and zamak.
- Manufacturing of parts from 10g to 2.5kg.
- Series from 30,000 to 800,000 per year (depending on the size of the part).
- Specialised in the automotive industry (85%).
- Offering an optimal service at all times from the development of the part to its serial production.

When JULCAR is nominated for a new project, communication with our customers is multiplied.
During the construction of the mould, JULCAR will not hesitate to give our customer technical recommendations to:
- improve the geometry of the part
- eliminate any weak areas of the mould to avoid production problems and thus ensure a high-quality part.

 

We will send our customers updated plans accompanied by photographs to keep them informed about the status of the project and ensure that we are meeting the milestones up to homologation.

 

During series production, we will continue to maintain a close relationship, always ready to respond to your needs, any urgency or other problems that may arise.
