History and Presentation:

Mancile is a Honduran company located in the biological reserve and cloud forest of the Montecillos Mountain Range, near Marcala, and has a history of more than 80 years dedicated to the cultivation and export of organic and ecological coffee of the Arabica variety.

 

Mancile is located within a forest and ecological reserve, promoting its principles of sustainability, being a pioneer in organic agriculture and soil care, as well as for its social commitments in education for the generation of organic production.

 

Its main focus is specialty coffee, 100% organic, with production under D.O. Café Marcala, and has also incorporated export options for organic nut mix.

 

Regarding coffee, they have production processes incorporating new scientific techniques in order to improve quality, achieving washed, natural, black honey, red honey and yellow honey processes for:

 

  • Roasted coffee.

  • Unroasted green coffee.

  • Commercial or conventional coffee.

 

While in Organic Nuts export is generated in retail, bigbags or industrial options.


Mancile focuses on exhaustive control of each process, from harvesting, production, control, packaging and export, being a 100% organic exporting company, with strong commercial, social and environmental values ​​that seek to generate development and sustainability.

Products:

Under the harvest and production of organic foods, Mancile exports Arabica variety coffee, with high cup notes (even higher than SCAA87+), in different forms and presentations.

 

This allows generating an export process that adapts to the demands of the destination market, local consumption and generates an attractive proposal for importers and the final consumer.

 

Among its export possibilities are:

 

  • Green coffee beans.
  • Roasted Coffee Beans or Ground with anaerobic processes.
  • Coffee Pulp.
  • Adaptation to carry out maquila or private label projects.

  • Premium organic specialty coffee in 350 gram bags with gas release valve.
